Refund Policy

At Influencer Mastery, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and services that help creators grow and succeed. Due to the nature of digital content, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Templates)
All purchases of downloadable or streaming digital products are non-refundable. Once access has been granted, the product is considered delivered.
We encourage you to read product descriptions and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
2. Coaching Services
If you purchase a 1-on-1 coaching package and are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with the coaching experience, please contact us directly at [email protected], and we will do our best to find a solution.
3. Accidental Purchases
Refunds for accidental purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and only if the content has not been accessed or downloaded.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your account or payment method was used without your authorization, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your access to our content. We are happy to resolve any issues fairly and quickly — just reach out.
